How much time is needed to unload at wake. I got there just before dusk and unloaded
then took off about 4 am. Is there a certain time limit that the task force needs to unload to get the the 4 CP points, and are CP points better than other points, as in sinking ships etc.

I'm not sure on the exact rates, but unloading at night is definitely slower than unloading during the day. All Victory Points are the same, but the Missions, such as invasion, or Conditions, such as Ship Preservation can often intervene and ensure that the end result is not just a straight VP comparison.
