Looking for an experienced Soviet oppononent to play at a reasonable rate(at least 1or 2moves per week) who intends to finish the game to either victory or surrender.

I would most certainly be interested in playing the Soviets. I am able to play two or three turns a week with a few, work related out-of-town, exceptions.
Let me know.
Also, which version of TOAWIII, and which version of FitE.
