Im Seeing Double!

Double planes appeared (see screenshot) then on next turn game went blank and stayed hung. Some Pilot or another (#6) got overwritten. Odd no?

More Dupers, this time in the pilot screen just after starting a 9day campaign. I did change my mind while selecting a few times but still?
