DOWNLOADING 2.0

when I try to download 2.0 I get timeout and won't continue.

I hope one of the other community members here can help but the best advice I can give you is to contact matrix customer support via support@matrixgames.com you might also try posting to their general support forum here: http://www.matrixgames.com/forums/tt.asp?forumid=18
It might be something simple, but unfortunately I have no control over the download process and can't really provide much more help than to point you towards others that have more expertise in the technology.
