Aircraft production and RHS x.786

Unfortunately, we have a problem:

21 cases of Allied aircraft have duplicated production in factories and off map. So the Allies get too many planes (in a wholly different sense than "too many to cope with" of real life). Further, many production plants are not in the right places on the map or should be on the map but are not at all. I will correct and issue this tomorrow or the next day - along with (hopefully) EEO - and any other issues detected. I do not work today.

Make that 23 cases (left out B-17s). Reworking all. Tedius. But it is worth reviewing production.
Some types go way up (Anson triples to 30 - and that could go higher - but most of them were used as trainers or transports - neither of which we have a job for). Some are horribly slow - particularly in 1942 (B-17E) or later all versions of the Mars even when "mass produced" (BBO family or EEO). But some can go way up - and in EEO the B-17G probably will take the record. Not publishing in the interests of time.
