I purchased this game in March and sucessfully download and installed it.Now due to a massive computer meltdown I don't have a copy of it ( I know shoulda backed it up)
Anytime i go to the digital river site and enter my order number it says in process,,,Hell I had it and was charged for it and was happy playing it.
If anyone in charge can help me I'd much appreciate it.

Could you e-mail us a screenshot of what you see when you try to redownload via www.findmyorder.com? E-mail us at support@matrixgames.com with your order info and we can ask DR to investigate and fix any issue that's preventing you re-downloading COI.

Just posting to say Gigital river has soled my problem to my satisifaction and I'm currently downloading COI.
