Genuinely looking to buy this game however, I've noticed a few issues that have been reported and fixed.

Are there any major elements/additions still scheduled for the patch and what is its ETA?

The update is currently scheduled to come out this week.

The first update will mainly be bug fixes for the major reported stuff in the Support area (and a few minor fixes too), so that the game will essentially be (repeatable) bug free.
