i thought maxfootball would allow you to have a left handed qb or left footed place kicker or punter? how do you make your qb left handed or your kickes left footed?

It's not a feature currently. Perhaps it'll be added in a future release.

The game does not support left handed/footed players. I may look at adding that sometime in the future. The time it takes to do the animations is what drives that feature being included or not.
