Small Flags Bases

Hi,
I'm used to small national flags instead of roundel bases in original game.
Flags made by Lesbaker are too big for me and I do not like center position.
I created flags bases for new nationalities in Matrix Games version and compiled them into one pack for all games
Here is the preview picture and
download link - 73,8 kB
Installation:
(optional) backup icons3d.bmp and all Bases3DXX.bmp files : XX are numbers 02-34
Download package, unzip and copy to each game directory
Enjoy it!

Arkady,

for the "flag bases". Really like them; makes keeping track of friendly units and enemy targets a lot neater. Cleans a lot of mess off the map.

17 is Romania in EF and USSR in WF. Some others (2 4 26 mayber others) have newer dates modified in WF than EF.

Thanks Arkady - this is a great mod.
I always hated the roundels, although I'm glad it's only for 3d zoom-in because the roundels can help as you zoom out.

big dawg - my experience is that they all can be copied into both EF and WF folders with one exception:
For some reason EF Axis Bulgaria and WF Alllied Free French share the same nationality number (19) in JTCS. This mod has the WF numeration so copy the file Bases3D26.bmp out of WF, rename it to Bases3D19.bmp and put it (overwrite) into EF.

Do they also work for RS ?

I just checked the major players in RS, US UK Japan France and they are the same bmp number. You might have a problem with the minor nations added in JTCS. I recommend using JSGME modswapper to install this mod and then you can go back to original if desired.
