once past the tutorials, is there a quick/easy manner to identify the "easier" learning scenario's ?

Among the 'classic' TOAW scenarios, 'Arracourt' was one such. 'Korea 50-51' was in fact the original tutorial. 'Kasserine Pass' was the first one I played.
