HQ Command Range

Post by zhu_kov »

Is there a way to check the HQ command range ?

What is the radius that a HQ can cover and does the range change for different HQ ?

HQ units are so important in this game ...

first 4 or 5 hexes its 100%, then next hex its 80%, then 60%, etc..

there is no overlay, but if you click on a subordinate unit the HqPow stat will tell you howmany % of controll the HQ has over the unit. optimally it should be 100%.

probably this in the manual , how do one increase the HQ power over the unit ...

So every HQ unit has the same command range ...the only different is on the staff numbers and experience that will affect the bonus given ...right ..? I thought that better staff quality have bigger support range ...

How many units can a HQ support ?

Hey Vic just wondering reference the hq range, could a range overlay, kinda like supply be implemented down the road or is that a complicated process?

The Germans should get an advantage in HQ range over the Soviets in Eastern Front scenarios at least early in the war, and probably over the Allies in North Africa due to Rommel. Or is the game not meant to go into that level of historical detail?
