Game questions (Tolkienesque scenario example)

Hi,

I have 2 basic questions.

A) I own a sea nation in the Tolkien Scenario (Terra Nova I believe it's called). I've set production in their southernmost island city to leaders, cavalry, and supplies. When I go to the production screen for this town it shows 2 leader, 2 cav, and 300-ish supplies "left". Does this mean that the units can't be produced because they are on an island? Is there any way to get production out of an island city?

B) I tried to transfer troops from this island nation's HQ (on another island) to the southern island but am unable to transfer. I have ships at the capital as a part of the HQ's unit. What do I need to do so that I can transfer swordsmen/archers to the southern island's garrison unit?

Thanks! (fun scenario so far :))

Yeah I'm not sure about your first question but I've had the same problem. I think that if the city is not with the green area of the supply overlay for the HQ it is assigned to, not all the production is transferred.

OK, the ships need to be in the unit you are sending from and the destination unit needs to be in a port to receive.

Hope this helps. If you could describe what you are trying to do a little clearer I might be able to be more specific

click the HQ you want to receive the production and enbale the supply layer. check if the town that is producing is in supply range.
