I can give you the same answer that Matrix Games and 2x3 will give you "It will be realeased when it is ready." [8D]
they have always kept silent until the patch is completly ready.

Hints are that it will be released in December.
On some anniversary dated for that month.
Though as Nomad already stated, it could be subject to change.[;)][:D]
