LCU recombining

BB1.4 ...
I divided a INF Div some time ago, this is the only unit I have divided so I shouldn't be above the 500 slots. The units A,B&C are all in clark F, there are no enemy units. Why can't I recombine ?

Were any of the parts set to 'replacements on' ???
There was a problem that if one unit had some devices upgrade then the code would not recombine them until all parts were at the same upgrade level.

Thanks. you were right ... all were accepting upgrades but one part had, another hadn't ... cheers for the quick response

Right - all must have the same upgrades in order to recombine... this can be a problem in stock, because if the units have different types of infantry squads (for instance) - and you can't tell. Many of the mods have addressed this problem by putting in the type of squad (i.e. Infantry Sqd 1941, Infantry Sqd 1943, etc.)
