Was playing the latest patch. In the city list display (the one used for production) it is impossible to click on Washington DC to either build or produce anything. Now, this can be worked abound by going to the individual city display for Washington (the one with the picture of the city itself) to either build or produce something.

A minor annoyance, but hopefully this is easy to fix.

I've pointed this out several times but I think it's pretty low on the priority list.

That should be easy to fix -- it probably thinks Washington doesn't have a governor (which it doesn't!) and therefore can't be a production center.
