Someone please take this game away!

Hi,
I was sat beta testing last night, quite late. My wife came into the study to say goodnight and smirked as she said "oh, playing that game again?!".
"Actually, I'm just testing something that Vic posted about earlier. Plus, I have to play it all the time. Matrix really crack the whip if I don't report in every hour", I replied.
"Yeah, yeah, you'll tell me anything. And an unfortunate side effect of testing is that you just have to play the game too eh?".
Busted!
So, I finally fell into bed at 1:30am, tired but happy that I'd finally beaten the AI on turn 52 of a random map I started two days ago.
I don't ever remember spending quite as much time playing a wargame before. I sit at the PC with the intention of doing something else and find myself loading AT just to "try something different on that last game".
I've decided to have a break from it for the next two hours. Countdown started....[;)]
Regards,
Jim
