Alternate icon for Tolkien units

I made a few cleaner icons for units.
Simply overwrite these files in the graphics directory.

Hi Francoy,
If you can find the time to redo all SFTypes logos, also the monsters then i will update the Tolkinesque scenario with them and give you the credits there of course
