AT Graphics Bug?

When I go to the subformation detail screen, there seems to be a problem displaying the graphic in certain scenarios (from the AT community web site). The picture in the upper left hand corner of the screen is only partially displayed. Only about 1/4 the picture is shown.
I see this in the Tolkinesque and American Civil War scenarios. It does not happen in the Great War v11 scenario. Is there a bug in the program or a bug in the scenarios? Does anyone else see this problem? Thanks!
