Upgrade Bug

When I upgrade naval units those at sea almost always automatically upgrade. Happens in 1.02 and happened in 1.01 as well. Just never got around to mentioning it. Those in ports sometimes upgrade, sometimes do not.
I do mean with out my input.

I will save a turn and then upgrade the navy and see if it happens again and save that .

Is my modified game ok? Or should i do one with regular masterfile?
