I've tried that link several times, over a period of months, but never can pull up the site. Does anyone know if it's still active?

Here is the link to the demo to be released next. While we are still testing this release, we believe it to be stable. Also, the media for this demo will be delivered in a separate download. This makes the download more manageable.

Also, I advise against downloading from any other link besides those provided by the official sources of Harpoon.
