RDOA

Does anyone know where I can pick up the game Airborne Assault: Red Devils Over Arnhem? I found the demo on FilePlanet and like the game and would like to get it, but everywhere I look (Panther, Amazon, e-Bay, etc.) has it unavailable/discontinued.

I plan on picking up HTTR & COTA, as well as the new game at some point in the future (but there are no demos [:@] what is up with that Matrix?), but I want the original game as well.

Any suggestions?

Ranger,

We no longer sell RDOA. That was sold through another publisher. In any event HTTR covers the entire operation Market Garden, including the Arnhem battles covered by RDOA. So I'd recommend you buy HTTR. It also has significant improvements to the game engine over RDOA.

Thanks - given the limited information available on that game, I was largely unaware that HTTR basically covered the "same ground".

I have RDOA. It truly is a subset of HTTR minus various features and bug fixes. The only area where RDOA was a little better was that the manual included 100 page or so historical analysis which was not part of the HTTR manual, but instead was included in a separate product, the HTTR Strategy Guide. Even if you could find RDOA, unless you could get is used for just a few bucks, I would say that you would be wasting your money if you already plan to get HTTR.
