HC3 aka HC3 development group
Composed of:
CV32 - Database designer, Scenario designer, support, etc.
Shark7 - Scenario designer, support, etc. Known as Akula on many Harpoon forums.
TonyE - Programmer, support, etc.
We are the people charged with pushing HCE forward and doing the best we can to raise happy players. HCE is maintained during our free time, we have real jobs that pay the bills. We like the game, that's why we're here. The three of us are most closely affiliated with AGSI. For the most part we have a free hand in the development of HCE.

AGSI - Advanced Gaming Systems, Inc.
Rights holder and developer of HCE. If you cannot stand HC3, AGSI is one group you complain to.
Matrix Games
Publisher of HCE. This would be the other group you complain to when HC3 doesn't meet your needs.
Beta testers
The people who make the world go round. Beta testers not only help us find bugs, but they'll take a broad bug report, refine the problem and usually make a small test scenario to aid the coding process.
