Is it possible to skin the models? I don't have the game so I am not sure what format the graphics are , or if they are pacted and incrypted. Same question for the terrain, can the map terrain be fooled around with, reshaded and painted.? Just curious, noticed this game seems to be gaining popularity.

yep, you can unpack the archives and all the graphics and textures are either PNG, TGA or JPG.  You can change the ones you want and the game will use them.
