Game rules the will give Jap oppenant chance to win in 1945

Looking for Jap oppenaent to play 15 with standard house rules version 1.806 with following rules to make game highly interesting in 43-45.
No tfs with more than 4 CVs after 12/41
No TFs with CV or CVL in same hex as non combat TF ie trans and amph unless in port hexes greater than 3
No no combat TF with more than 6 ships capable of msw or asw in a TF
No transporting of troops in planes other than true transport aircraft, no bomber or recon
No more than 4 CVs in same hex unless port hex larger than 4

This will make the allies truely island hop in the bloody fashion it was

Dont mind playing either side

I like a challenge
See if I can do as well as allies with the true limits of the available weapon systems and coordination skills

I'd love to take you on. I'd be the Japneese. I've been playing PBEM for two years. I've always wanted to play a game with limited house rules. Would you consider CHS? If not vanilla will work.
