How to win BoB ?

Is it just me or is BoB almost impossible to win from the axis side in a 1-day-scenario ? Even when I deal damage to ground structures by avoiding any casualties the mission is lost.
can you give a little more information ??
have you updated to 1.02 ( I think that was the last BoB patch ) ??
For me the one day scenarios were more of a testing turn.....but I learned much about the game with it.
