physical shipment

what kind of manual come with the physical shipment? Is there one? If so, how many pages? Is it helpful at all, and worth paying the extra ten bucks?
Or is it just not worthwhile and should I just download the game?

Think they said 128 pages and color.

It's a printed greyscale manual, some 134 pages long. We're no longer doing color manuals (with a rare exception for high-priced releases) due to those printer issues we just went through. We still have color manuals in stock for some games, but reprints will be greyscale for the vast majority.

Hey Erik,
I was checking into the whole Kinko printing of manuals since I like to just download the game, but hate trying to read the manual onscreen. I could only find 3 game manuals that they print. The nearest Kinko's is more than 100 miles from me - so if I can't get it done online I can't get it done.
Will they print the file on the CD if it's e-mailed to them or what?
