Do TF's/ships still sail through land with this version?
This was the one thing that always killed it for me in the original Harpoon and was never fixed in Harpoon for Windows/Harpoon Classic/Harpoon Deluxe/etc.

No more land ships ! While the code to prohibit AI ships from avoiding land altogether still isn't perfected, ie. they sometimes do run aground in pursuit of you, all ships now come to a rather abrupt stop upon encountering land.

How much leeway do you get in places like the Bosporus, Strait of Messina, Gibralter, etc. I always plotted courses in water, but I normally didn't worry, if I had a 10 mi wide BG that might hit an island, or was a little wider than a strait. Without some latitude, this could be a problem. It has been my experience that units do not remain exactly in the boxes assigned to them by the formation editor.

I ran two ships aground by getting too close to an Iceland cape. I was definitely off the coast.
