Has to be the claxon from HCE for me,
The one that gets me the most out of all the sounds however is the *beeeep beeeeep* when an aircraft has finished readying, im never expecting that one

If you listen VERY carefully she says "its Behind you!".......then you get a dialogue box with "Ohhhhhhhhhh,no it isnt!!!!" LOL

Lovely voices do not say anything of the lady behind. In the same way you have to deal with a kind of Miss Piggy. Or that fat black lady of the Police Academy, she has a lovely voice too................
