Russia 41 game against AI.

I have two apparently identical units but one has Wheel transport and the other has Tracked.

It looks to me that this is some sort of bug relating to "slot ordering", but am happy to be corrected

well yes so it indeed is, but it doesnt matter.
 
this is because the unit sails with the speed of the slowest ship. The movement type for the whole unit is just an approximate. For any movement in to any hex the cost of the slowest subformation is used (unless that subformation can be carried by a quicker one).
