This is what happens after I start the game

then I press okay and the game starts and nothings happens

You have been working on this game for 5 years so I understand that you haven't found the time or energy to take a speed course in Danish[:)]
 
It starts 2-3 seconds after I have triggered the EIAW button or the Play button on the Start menu and the quickstart button

Try dbl-clicking EiANW.EXE in the EiANW directory.

Since your video and audio drivers are from 2006 and 2005, respectively, please see if there are newer versions so that we can rule those out as an issue.

Otherwise, your DxDiag looks pretty good to me.

If you double-click on the MatrixGamesLogo movie file in the installation directory, does it play? Do you see the movie playing at all before you end up at that black screen?

I have just tested the graphic drivers on Nvidia, and came up clean...I have the newest ones.

It functions and looks like it has been for years, so nothing there

this is what happens if I press the first button which should be new game

when I press OK then this happens and the game is over with this screendump

It does not look like the game is running in the right directory. This means that it cannot find the scenario which should exist as a *.GED file in the Data dir cannot be found??? Can you exit the Matrix quick start menu then start again using the dbl-click of the EiANW.EXE in the game dir and see if the same happens?

Did you notice in the screenie above where instead of the version number, it says 3/18/02. Could it be a corrupt download or something like that???

Don't worry, if you need to redownload you can always do so via www.findmyorder.com. We're still trying to duplicate these issues and get a handle on what might be causing them on some systems while others work fine. We'll get to the bottom of this.

You would be able to redownload it. Something may have gone wrong in the original download. I think you have 30 days to download it from DR.

It was just a thought from looking at your screenie.

Its 01:17 in Denmark an should have played this for a few hours, but I tried to install the game on my laptop which is older but it WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?????????????????????????????
 
I don't know what is wrong with installation on the desktop

Another customer reported that updating his nVidia driver solved the issue for him. Are you sure there is no newer version for your system?
