Just wondering if I need to follow up on my purchase of the physical+dowload? I have not received the disc yet and was wondering if they had shipped.

They should be shipping any day now, I'll check on the status tomorrow.

Can not wait to receive mine. I have not downloaded, only ordered the disc, as a way of trying to ensure I continue playing the games I have on the go currently rather than jumping into something new. My plan is to spend some time over Xmas on this title. Reading all the positive comments in the forums here has really made me very excited about receiving this game.   

Yeah, I ordered mine too, almost two weeks ago - physical shipment only.

Looks like it will ship next week, sorry for the additional delay folks, the new printer took longer than expected.

I ordered mine at the end of October when it was accidently available for one day as a physical shipment only. Roll on next week.
