Hotkey Question

Is anyone else getting the message about unit evaluation when using CTRL-N to move to the next phase in the BG:ACW games?
I have confirmed that CTRL+N in both BG: Gettysburg & BG: Bull Run do not advance to the next phase as indicated both in the UI and in the manual.
Anyone able to do a quick check and verify for me so we can bring it up in the Technical Support forum?
