Lending money to major power

I am playing GB and allied to Prussia and Russia. I am trying to lend some money to Prussia, I highlight Berlin, (not sure that is necessary), click on the lend money button and check Prussia, then I transfer the amount. I then get an error message that says Division by Zero. I can transfer money to Russia without any problems.

Just ran a test and can see the same error message. Look for that fix in the first patch. Thanks!

I now have the same error message trying to lend money to Spain
