Uh-oh. Female singers can be trouble. I know by personal experience (ahem). [X(] Ground rules MUST be set right away. The singer is OFF-limits, got that? I don't care how much of a babe she is -- you protect her, but you DON'T fall for her. That can destroy a band. I'm being dead serious, this time. I've been there, and it didn't turn out well.
