I'm in the summer of 1808...
as France, after I recrushed Prussia for the second time, asking for very hard victory conditions (they would remain with only 3 provinces), during Prussia's diplo phase the game freezes and i have to reboot from the latest save only to find that i'm unable to go on.... (the game stops always at Prussia diplomatic phase)....
Solutions?
I tried also to change the peace conditions but uselessy

please help

While I was waiting for an answer I tried to reload my game from the last land phase.
I noticed that if I don't wipe out completely the prussian corps, in the following diplomatic phase Prussia accept my peace conditions and the game don't lock up.
Unfortunately two years later (1810) the prussian army (again!) decided to suicide itself against my french army sitting in Berlin, so now i don't know how to solve the problem...
 
 

Please get the latest save game before this crash and email them to me!

Remember! There are two files "GAMENAME".sav.dat and GAMENAME.sav and they zip quite well.
 
 
 
 

Could you please zip up and e-mail me the relevant save files (at erikr@matrixgames.com) that duplicate this issue? I'll forward them to Marshall so that he can see if there's a quick fix. Thanks, sorry you've had to interrupt your play to deal with this.

I'm having the exact same problem in June 1805.  The prussian army has been anhiliated except for about 20 points of garrison...they are FINALLY going to surrender in the diplomacy phase, and the game hangs forever at "prussia plays diplomacy"...[&:]
