Bug - Free state ships

I noticed that free state ships (swedish ships for example) aren't able to transport land units of the controlling major power.
I was in stockholm with Ney and a french corp, but i couldn't find any way to load my grognards on the swedish fleet.
Am I wrong?

What kind of fleet was it (L/H)? How many ships? How many I/M factors have been in the french corps? How many C?

You would probably have a hard time transporting a full French corps with the Swedish fleet which I believe starts at around 13 heavies (Max transport 13inf OR 6cav)??? Even at full strength, the French corps would be difficult.

mhmhmhm probably you are right i don't remember exactly but the french corp was at full force so it's probable that I miscalculated the capacity of the fleet...
