OK well here we go with the start. British fleet has assembled in London. French and Prussians are definitely mobilized for SOMETHING.

Austria is also geared up on their border....

French and Spanish Navy are in their standard defense off the Bay of Biscay, Russia is crowding the Swedish border and spread evenly across the South but Turkey has altered the Egyptian scenario a bit...

April 1805, Madrid

Europe is in flames!!! War has broken out and no one has been spared! The peaceful French and Spanish have been drawn into a war against an imerialistic Anglo-Austro-Prussian-Russian alliance from hell! Turkey stepped away from the abyss and swears neutrality to all. We shall overcome though! Have no fear our adoring fans!

We are not using Quick Combat so this may be a slow AAR in times of war.

Well generally those who initiate war with DOWs are aggressors or warlike while those that are declared upon are victims and peaceful so, yes, peaceful French and Spanish [;)]
