Edited: Unfortunately, what I was told by the warehouse was wrong. What we received from the printer had issues and was not acceptable to ship out to customers. This means we will need to re-print and will certainly miss the Christmas period. I now expect us to have stock of these by the beginning of January.

Our apologies to all who are affected. Unfortunately, problems like these happen and we have very little control over that. We are starting the reprint right away and will be air shipping them to the warehouse as soon as they're ready. I'll keep you posted.

Sorry for getting everyone's hopes up - we also thought we were good to go. If you placed a Physical Only order and want to cancel and switch to Digital + Physical to be able to download and play right away while the reprinting happens, please e-mail us at support@matrixgames.com.

Will you be selling this through any retailers or just on-line shopping for the physical package?

There are a few online retailers and hobby stores that stock our titles, but there is no broad retail release planned.

Is it possible to order multiple physical copies of HCE on one order (I'm trying to order 2 and save on shipping)?

To answer your question though Tony, yes that's certainly possible.

I relly hope you kick the arse of whoever keeps making these errors.

There's been a lot of kicking. I really regret this one though, we thought we were home free. A lot of work has gone into making sure we don't have a situation like this happen, but it did, so now we're making extra sure it can't happen again.

The problem goes back to us needing to switch printers right as the holiday season started. Without going into the gory details, it hasn't been pretty. I think we have everything pretty much resolved now and next year should be smooth sailing again, but there's no question the last two months have been quite difficult, filled with phyiscal version delays and now this.

We're getting it all sorted out, but unfortunately some switch-over problems were inevitable and impossible to specifically predict or avoid.

Purchase options are for physical OR download, not both. This doesn't seem right. If this can't be corrected, I will have no choice but to cancel this, and the rest, of my order.

I see Physical + Digital

Can I ask why there is even an option for Physical on it's own when Physical plus Download are identical in cost?

For idiots like me Mack2, I can't seem to get more than one physical copy on an order unless I do Physical Shipment alone (which is fine in my case but it took me a while to realize the obvious).
 
 

some folks like the immediate gratification of being able to play with the d/l, but they also want the printed manual and maybe the box.

Ah I see, you can't buy more than 1 copy with phys+download.
