Two-hour flights from New York to Tokyo?

Looks like the lifting body dreams they published in Popular Mechanics and Popular Science in the 50's & 60's We are supposed to be using them now according to the science of those days. Glad to seem them speculating about that stuff again [8D] And I'm sure there was something in reserve when the Blackbird set her record [8D]

Well I think this is a little more legitimate now and seems feasable. I am not sure what the story is with Popular Mechanics but I want to believe all of thier stories.
