What means the abbrevations ELN and EST in this table ?

The ELN is the Economic Loss Number. This is the check in case your nation falls into the fiasco zone in which case you may only receive 1/2 your income. The EST is simply an estimated political status. This is used during the diplomacy phase as you're issuing DOWs you'll start to see your estimated number go down. That way you shouldn't end up DOWing yourself into instability.

Ok Maybe I am missing this info somewhere.. but is there a way to find out exactly where you are in term of PSA boxes. For example if I am on "8".. which 8?? Do I need 1 PP or 2 PP to hit 9?? I know there are 3 lines beneath the display but I cant make out anything in those.

Place and hold the cursor on the end part of any blue bar in the display to get the actual PS number.
