I am at the play testing stage with this one and am encountering a couple of problems, the first is the Greek AI keeps on abandoning the Metaxas Line. What would the best method be to keep them in position.

Some things you might try are looking at rulevars in the 250 series. It looks like some of them might change the way the AI looks at where to go. Also, look at the change AIVP event, maybe you can use that to make the metaxas line more attractive to AI for a while.
I imagine Tweber or VIC would have some suggestions as well (and their's come from a lot more expeirience than mine).

(Marita huh? I'll stroke that one from my next scenario to-do list)
Good luck!

I got reasonable results with settings temporary AIVP exec on the hexes i want the AI to keep occupied.
But i must agree the AI has a real problems just sitting still.

Another option to force the Greeks to stay in the line would be to split the Greeks into two regimes. You could keep it the same color. The front line regime would be your line. You could even write events to deliver the right level of supply to the troops.

Thanks for the help, the second problem is as the Greek divisions are more powerful than the Italian by about 15-20% they just beat themselves to death on the Italians in Albanian rather than react.
Ive made two variants of the game one with Korps Hq's and one with Army level hq's and trying to figure out which works best. Right now I'm not really happy with either.

Settled for Korps HQ version as it is playing better of the two. I have created fortress Infantry, Artillery and Machine guns to solve the Metaxas line problem (If anyone finds good pics for these post a link please). I have Used Vics code for tricking the AI into thinking Belgrade Athens and Salonika are more important. The Greek AI has been made very conservative but still makes a complete mess of the Albanian front.
The last game played the best so far which is promising.
Couple of problems are remaining, foremost amongst these are the AI pointlessly transfering troops (the freebie is switched off) and Banzai charges
Would really love a formation lock option were you may add but never take away from establishment.

Created a Recon aircraft Wing for the Lufwaffe and disabled all their attacks but would like to completely disable the attack function is it possible?
