Ok, I've never lost India before so I have a question. Will the British and Indian troops and airgroups still receive reinforcements if they are at a fully supplied base with a HQ?

I don't remember anything that says they wont. Generally, if they are at or near a base that has 20,000+ supply, they will get replacements. The more well supplied bases near should generate replacements faster.

having lost india in my game, you will continue to fill out TOE's of Indian/British Units and Airgroups as well.

LOL It’s actually a painting my son did. As a retired Senior Chief, I identified with it and bought it from him. It is not only my Avatar but I also use it to end all my briefs. It’s the last slide and has "Any Questions?" for the text. I always get a good response from that slide. I might add that my audience is usually Navy personnel.
