Hi Vic,

I don't know if this has yet been reported, but I had a strange occurrence with a solo game of Diplomacy, started and played under 1.02. The AI Italian player has somehow managed to either build, or move Cargo ships into his Munich HQ, as seen here in the attached screenshot.

i saw something like this myself somewhere. have not caught it yet. Hope i can still make it in for the christmas update, but i doubt it.
