I have a question. As I am creating a scenario, can I effect the AI "thought process" but what I place in the vicotory conditions. For instance, if I have a CVBG and a couple of bases, if I select in my victory conditions they the enemy needs to destroy the Carrier, will the AI know to focus on that first before the bases? [&:]

The AI is not smart enough to prioritize targeting for VicCond purposes. Though it will consider the carrier to be a serious threat (or valuable target) and act accordingly, and in many cases, I think you will find in practise that the AI just 'loves' to attack carrier groups.

Even when that attack is very ill advised...single ASW planes trying to attack a CVBG comes to mind. [8|]
