Password?

I'm playing an AI game with both France and Turkey as human players (me). It never asked me for a French password during setup, though it did for Turkey. Now it keeps asking me for a French password and will not accept nothing. I end up with a security violation which bombs the game.
How can I get past this?

If there is no password then just hit enter or click the “ok” button. Meanwhile, I verified that a second player (France in your case) is not prompted to create and then confirm a password. Thanks

That's the problem. It does NOT accept just hitting enter, even though it did in earlier months. Something triggers a change.

I have had this happen as well. Usually if I reload the game, I can then continue, but the game will close saying there is security problem.

Reloading hasn't worked for me.

Several test runs thru on this end and one thing is clear; when there is an AI opponent involved, the problem is consistently inconsistent.
Anyway, we will get this fixed. Thanks again.

Does this problem occur with only one human player?
I want to play Turkey and France at the same time, and I can't because of this bug.

Just replied to you in another thread but here it is again:
Until this gets fixed, disable password protection in the options menu. If that does not solve the problem in your current game, it will for any new games you start.
