If possible I would like to use shift + Left click to select multiple units. Naval is most important but if we could do it down the road with corps that would be great too. In the same region of course.

Problem about it, is the forage value differs if you move corps by corps.
EIA is supposed to move corps by corps. Austrian Ins. Corps are supposed to be able to react on a corps entering, not a stack.
 
Offcourse it might speed things up. But would ruin some game features then.

We tried this a while back but the testers warned me against doing this because of the forage effects.

There is a stack move button for Fleets
