Using AIO 7.788
I have noticed that by 12/28/41 the computer has over-expanded the following:
The Hitachi (HA-35) factory at Gumma (slot 217) to (272) X 48, it starts out at (0) X 30. The Nikajima (Ha-5) factory at Hamamatsu (Slot 222) to (272) X 48, it starts out at (0) X 30.

I'm not sure why it is doing this...all the rest are still producing 30 or less.

There is no way it will ever use those factories either - even if you try to repair em up

I was afraid that was happening, thanks for the reply.

I have an idea - might be a bad one - we use stock slots

what if we didn't?

Put Kumagaya in some obscure empty slot (in stock) and trade the obscure location (of RHS) with it

no industry in that slot

industry in the non hard code slot

might mean there is no wierd effect from the hard code in the now unused location (industry wise)

that's how we got rid of respawning and several other problems
