Just Purchased the Game!

The readme file says version v3.0.126. Is this correct?
In the download area there are versions 2.0 and 2.141...

You want 3.2.141.
With a new download, you should have the most current file already. Check on the game start window-click "about". It should read 3.2.141.
Why the current patch shows only 2.141 is a mystery to me, but it is the correct patch. Most likely, you do not need it.

The current version is v3.0.126 as downloaded today. Apparently they do not apply patches to the download version... odd.

I don't ever recall making a base installer for the later patches; just patch installers. And if we didn't make them and ask Matrix to package them, then they don't have them.
However, you can rest assured that HTTR and COTA patches are cumulative.
