printed manual

Does anybody know if there will be a printed manual with the version/edition?

I doubt it, it will be PDF and a trip to kinkos. I assume it would be cost prohibitive to have an extra $10 or so for a printed manual.

Yes, if you do the physical shipment the printed manual is included.
