Question on Transferring Infantry

Can you transfer infantry points from a Depot to a Corps and how can it be done in a space that doesnt contain a city. I built a depot two spaces a depot in Holland. I then added infantry points to it. When I moved a corps into that area I could not absorb points from the Depot.
The old AH game allowed this (just checked on the rule). Is this a bug in the game, by design or am I doing something wrong?

It's a bug, and one you have to work around.
They also need to add the ability of a depot garrison joining in battles between corps in the area, even if it requires a reinforce check.

Thanks ... I will try that one out. I want to delete that Depot and I cant because it has troops in it. Game wont let me delete depots that have troops.

You can stand down a depot with a garrison durring the reinforcement phase. You have to remove the counter from the map.
